The watch reminds
At each dose the watch vibrates and shows the medicine's name.
It recognises the intake
From the hand's movements — opening the bottle, bringing the pill to the mouth, drinking water — the watch records the dose. When unsure, it asks: “Did you take it?”.
The care team follows
Doctors and nurses see each patient's adherence, calendar and heart rate, with alerts for those who need attention.
For patients

Research and privacy
HDT Health is developed in a research project at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM), Brazil, on medication adherence, based on the health digital twin: a representation of the patient that keeps itself up to date with everyday data.
Consent
Data is collected only with the patient's consent, recorded by the care team, and can be deleted on request.
Data in Brazil
The platform and its backups run on servers in Brazil, encrypted in transit. No ads, no sale of data.
Only your care team sees it
Each professional sees only the patients in their care team. Every change is logged.
